Why printing your images is important

With the abundance of digital images we all have, creating wall art with your precious family memories is even more valuable.

  • Photo printing brings those moments back into our lives and they are tangible and easily accessible.
  • They give children a sense of security and belonging when the photos are displayed throughout their own home
  • The portraits you hang can remind you of who is important in life.
  • Because your prints are for today, tomorrow and all the tomorrows after that.
  • Photographs have the greatest impact when they are visible! Like any work of art, a photograph adds beauty, meaning and memory to your environment

Choosing the right piece of wall art for you

First things first; wall art should be personal. You should never have to compromise on your personal preferences according to someone else's opinion. After all, you're the one who will have to look at your wall art every day! Your chosen prints should evoke some kind of emotion and make you think, feel and connect with the piece.

It can be difficult to choose wall art sizes. Large wall art can really make or break your décor, as it demands attention and leaves a lasting impression. It's perfect for areas such as behind your couch, above your bed or can look particularly impressive in a large hallway or dining room.

The same goes for sets of pictures. A set of three pieces can make a strong impression. You could create a set from photos from one shoot or from a series - for example, newborn, little sitter, 1st birthday photoshoots.

Smaller pieces are obviously great for smaller, more intimate areas, where you can see up close in more detail, this might be the bedroom or staircase.
